A prime example is the #MyPrivatePicasso project: an original painting was enhanced without altering its visible appearance, by integrating a comprehensive suite of embedded sensors and secure connectivity, all discreetly housed within a custom-built frame. The primary goal was to enable real-time monitoring of environmental and security conditions, while preserving the painting’s untouched aesthetic and historical integrity.

To protect artwork without disrupting its visual or historic authenticity, we designed a handcrafted frame that discreetly houses all electronics. This custom frame conceals all sensors and hardware, allowing the original artwork to remain visually unchanged while gaining a smart protection layer.
