According to Telekom’s needs, we had to develop an intelligent Cloud Platform able to mange their device system around the world.
The challenge our team had to face, was in designing and developing a platform that would allow owners to manage their devices from anywhere in the world, with the possibility of modifying their actions and parameters.
WHAT WE DID
Cloud Platform Development
We began the software develpoment process with the goal of creating a smart platform that not only stored the collected data, but that’s also fully customizable and user friendly. Through the GIoT platform, clients can adjust parameters, modify configurations, create geofences, personalize alerts and more to guarantee an unique experience.
Furthermore GIoT Cloud Platform can track the device’s signals all over the word, thanks to the multiple connectivity options (2G, 4G, LTE-M/NB-IoT) or LoRa WAN networks.
THE RESULTS
Level Meter Functionality
Combining our project and Telekom’s requests, we developped The GIoT Cloud Platform for Level Meter.
The device is designed for precise monitoring of fill levels in containers, tanks, and silos. It measures the distance between the sensor and the material surface, providing accurate data on the remaining capacity.
Its integration with Gimasi’s Cloud, enables automatic synchronization of collected data with the platform, where it is processed and visualized in real time. Trought the Cloud:
- level data is collected at configurable interval and automatically sento to the platform.
- critical thresholds can be configured remotely, triggering rule and alarms based.
