Table Tool
THE CHALLENGE
Coop faced a critical large-scale operational issue: the need to quickly replace the batteries of over 1 million Electronic Shelf Labels, before complete discharge. To tackle this urgent task, Coop required a dedicated tool that was ergonomic and easy to use directly in-store. This challenge led to the development of the Table Tool: a custom-designed solution engineered to enable rapid and intuitive battery replacement, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless integration into daily retail operations.
OUR SOLUTION
To responding to Coop’s need, we designed a versatile tool: a stable and large supply, to facilitate high-volume battery replacement. The final product is the Table Tool, a robust and ergonomic workstation accessory, engineered for operational efficiency. Built using laser cut plexiglass and coated in Arcanta, it features a built-in working surface that ensures stability and comfort during use. Its dimensions are custom made to fit seamlessy on Coop’s boxes, allowing the operator to work directly at the point of need.
To ensure precision and ease of use, the took is equipped with strong integrated magnets that hold ESL label’s battery in place during the process. This ensures smooth handling, avoids misplacements of parts and increases overall speed.

THE CHALLENGE
Coop approached us with an urgent and large-scale operational need: replacing the batteries of over 1 million ESL (Electronic Shelf Lables) before their charge depleted. Failure to act quickly would have riscked distrupting the electronic shelf management system across all retail locations. Coop required a tool that was fast, intuitive and easy to handle and use.
OUR SOLUTION
After several design iterations and user-centrets researches, we engineered the Quick Opener: a compact, egonomic tool purpose-built for fast ESL label opening and battery replacement. Designed using advanced CAD Software and produced with high precision 3D Printer SLS, the tool combines functionality with durable, lightweight materials.
What truly sets the Quick Opener apart, is its integration of powerful magnets, wich help secure parts during the label opening process, eliminating the risk of losing components or slow down the process. This magnetic feature ensures both speed and reliability, even in high-volume workflows.
The result? A versatile and field-ready device, tailored to streamline large-scale maintenance operations while increasing productivity and minimizing downtime.
Wireless Charger
THE CHALLENGE
Coop highlighted us the need for a on-site charging solution for their Sensor Clima XL. They had the need to eliminate cable clutter, that would minimize charging time and seamlessy integrate into their operational enviroment.
OUR SOLUTION
The solution had to meet two main requirements:
- Minimal and compact design
- Reliable and efficent charging
We responded by designing the Wireless Charger, a compact and wall-mountable charging station, developed as an optional accessory for the Sensor Clima XL.
Effortless to mount with a modern design, it ensures safe and efficient charging.
It supports simoultaneous wireless charging of up to 5 Sensor Clima XL, eliminating the need for any connectors or cables.
For higher capacity, multiple stations can be connected in parallel, providing scalable and modular expansion.
Each Sensor Clima XL unit is secured by high-strength integrated magnets, which guarantee correct alignment and stable positioning during the entire charging cycle.
The enclosure is produced using SLS 3D Printing technology, offering excellent dimensional accuracy, durability, and a refined surface finish.
The internal electronic components are engineered to deliver safe, stable, and optimized charging performance, even under continuous use.
